David was increíble and provided exelent service. He was very nice and had a lot of knowledge about the different meat cuts and made sure our table was well taken care of!!
I could rave about the food, but the service was what blew me away. Our waiter (Justin) was amazing, and the lady who seated us, the people who stopped by the table, and even a lady refilling the salad bar provided friendly information! You have an amazing culture and your customers feel it. No wonder the restaurant was very full!
Really enjoyed this and of course ate way to much. Has a pretty food salad bar with more items than FOGO. I do wish they had the honey and cheese but overall a good time, good food and pretty decent drinks. They need to be back in Hampton Roads!!
We had a large party, nine adults, to celebrate a birthday. Every aspect of our visit was amazing from the hostess, to the server, the careers, and the entire management team. They all made us feel as if we were the only table seated in the restaurant. We wanted for nothing throughout the entire meal. We did overindulge on desserts though, but who can say no to that amazing cheesecake or the key lime pie? We can't wait to go back!
Went for our anniversary, and we had a fantastic experience. Nathaniel was an amazing waiter! Highly recommend!
Daniel C. Took great care of us! We took our friends here tonight and the food was amazing. Came here for the meat but honestly, the salad bar was my favorite. Manager checked on us several times and Brett also took care of us. 10/10.
My husband and I came for our anniversary. We were greeted immediately and seated within a minute of arrival. The ambiance is always nice and service was top notch. Our waiter was superb and our drinks never saw the bottom of the glass before another was brought out. The gauchos were amazing. They kept us with the select cuts of meat we love. The bar was delicious as well. Everything was really enjoyable.
This was the best experience ever! The service was excellent. The food was amazing!!! The assistant manager was very kind, checked on us and was a great conversationalist. Definitely going back!
Everything you would expect! Great experience!
