Gift Card Usage:
All gift cards purchased online (excluding VIP dining cards) are valid for food and beverage purchases at Texas de Brazil restaurants. Additionally, Texas de Brazil gift cards never expire, are redeemable only in the US & Aruba locations, are not valid for cash back, and cannot be applied towards gratuity. Please note that gift cards purchased online may not be redeemed at Texas de Brazil locations in Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Trinidad & Tobago, or the United Arab Emirates. Please note that happy dining gift cards and dine together gift cards are not valid for redemption outside the United States.

Online Payments:
Our online shop only accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express as payment methods – we do not accept Discover or any other payment methods.

Shipping Information: 
We ship our standard gift cards, meats and merchandise products via FedEx, Monday through Thursday. FedEx provides all package tracking information and is responsible for shipping. A physical address is required & P.O. boxes are not accepted. If you provide PO box as your shipping address your order will be delayed, as we will need to contact you for an alternative address. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, that require shipping, will not be processed until the next shipping day (Monday through Thursday) meaning that orders placed on Thursday after 3pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipping the following Monday. Please note that shipping estimated arrival dates are estimates provided by FedEx and are subject to delays by the carrier.

Return Policy:
Texas de Brazil Gift Card Products: Gift card products may be returned if the card is unused. Once any amount of a gift card’s value has been redeemed the product is no longer able to be returned or exchanged.
Texas de Brazil Meat Products: All meat product sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.  We guarantee the quality of the product prior to shipping – we cannot take any responsibility to loss, damage or spoilage during shipping.  We may provide a replacement product under certain circumstances.
Texas de Brazil Merchandise Products: Merchandise products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original condition with a valid reason and return approval from a Texas de Brazil customer service agent. Once the return is accepted by a customer service agent you’ll have the option to ship the item back to our corporate office (2952 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas TX, 75247) by your own means or request a discounted FedEx return label be printed and emailed to you for use. If you elect to use our return shipping services, the value of the return return shipping will be deducted from the amount of the return credit.

Return Procedure:
In order to process a return please email [email protected] directly or submit a message via our contact page with the subject ‘Online Order,’ the order number, and a brief description of why you are looking to return the item. Return requests must be reviewed by a customer service specialist and approved – submitting a return request does not guarantee the return will be approved.
