Online Orders Payments & Emails:
Our online shop currently accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express as payment methods. We do not accept Discover or any other payment methods at this time.
Email and Mailing Addresses:
Customers must ensure that they provide the correct email and mailing address(es) when making an online purchase. Texas de Brazil is not responsible for any errors or delays resulting from invalid email or mailing addresses provided during the ordering and checkout process. Our system will attempt to send associated order emails to the email address(es) provided by the customer, and will send physical products to the provided shipping address given at checkout. If for any reason the provided email or mailing address(es) are incorrect it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us through our contact page or by emailing [email protected] and requesting that the information on the order be updated.
Gift Card Restrictions:
Please note that gift cards, and all other card products, are not valid at Texas de Brazil locations in Puerto Rico, Hawaii or at any Texas de Brazil locations outside of the United States. Texas de Brazil VIP Dining Cards, Bonus Cards, and eComp Certificates are coupons, not gift cards, and are subject to additional rules of use.
We ship our standard gift cards, meats and market products via FedEx. Gift card product ship Monday through Friday, while meats and market goods ship Monday through Thursday. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, that require shipping, will not be processed until the next shipping day. A physical address is required & P.O. boxes are not accepted. If you provide PO box as your shipping address your order will be delayed, as we will need to contact you for an alternative address.
FedEx provides all package tracking information and is responsible for shipping. Please note that shipping estimated arrival dates are estimates provided by FedEx and are subject to delays by the carrier. Texas de Brazil is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once the shipment has been tendered by FedEx. Once a shipment has been tendered by FedEx, shipping charges are no longer refundable.
Additionally, please keep in mind that our shipping department is closed for major holidays. This may affect order processing and shipping times around these dates. We recommend placing orders well in advance during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery.
Texas de Brazil Gift Card Products: Gift card products purchased online at texasdebrazil.com or at a Texas de Brazil restaurant location may only be returned if the card is unused. Once any amount of a gift card’s value has been redeemed the product is no longer able to be returned or exchanged. Please see the below section to learn more about our return procedure, and please note that submitting a return request does not guarantee the return will be approved.
Texas de Brazil Meat Products: All meat product sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. We guarantee the quality of the product prior to shipping – we cannot take any responsibility to loss, damage or spoilage during shipping. We may provide a replacement product under certain circumstances. Please see the below section to learn more about our return procedure, and please note that submitting a return request does not guarantee the return will be approved.
Texas de Brazil Market Products: Market products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original condition with a valid reason and return approval from a Texas de Brazil customer service agent. Once the return is accepted by a customer service agent you’ll have the option to ship the item back to our corporate office (2952 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas TX, 75247) by your own means or request a discounted FedEx return label be printed and emailed to you for use. If you elect to use our return shipping services, the value of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount of the return credit.
