This was the best experience ever! The service was excellent. The food was amazing!!! The assistant manager was very kind, checked on us and was a great conversationalist. Definitely going back!

We’ve been coming to the Short Pump Texas de Brazil for about 9 years, and Daniel was hands down the best server we’ve ever had. He was friendly, attentive, personable, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Great food is expected here, but outstanding service like Daniel’s is what makes a visit memorable. We hope to have him as our server again. Give this man a raise!
The support staff was great. The whiskey sour was done perfectly. We all got a kick out of the server mixing a few of the drinks at the table. The flank steak was the table favorite followed by the lamb and then the house seasoned sirloin. HOWEVER, THE ABSOLUTE BEST PART OF THE EVENING WAS OUR SERVER CATIE! She was professional, personable, attentive, polite, and everything else you'd expect in the perfect server. Having eaten at almost every high end restaurant from Virginia Beach to Stafford I will say this, Catie could teach a class on serving. I even over heard other servers complimenting her on her happy nature and always smiling. Next time I go I'm making sure it's a reservation in her section.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere here as we celebrated. It was easy to get cuts of meat whenever you desired. The meats were delicious and the salad buffet spread was extensive. Friendly staff and good company made the experience a good one!
My server was super Great Zakarea was very well mannered kind and very good at what he does. My group had over 30 people and he handled that room like a magician and I want to thank him for the great job he did for my retirement get together. And the two store managers that helped our group were excellent as well. You have a good group of people at that store again thank you.
Went for Valentines day and the service were wonderful. The staff was friendly. The cold and hot food were fantastic! The meats were amazing. We had such a good time that we went back during lunch 2 weeks later. The lunch time was perfect because it wasn't packed. There are a couple fewer options at lunch, but also cost less, so I was even happier with the lunch experience. We will be going back.
