Angus Beef comes from the Angus breed of cattle. The meat produced by this breed has a naturally higher marbling quality to it. Marbling means the fat is dispersed evenly throughout the cut of meat. Preferred cooking method: Grilling will induce the flame flavor that can’t be replicated on the stove. However, you can pan sear them and then put them in an oven.
