Ashley the gaucho that serviced our table was very nice and very respectful and kind. We will be back soon to have more of that amazing picanha. I believe this by far was the best service and restaurant that we went to thus far. Thank you once again.

We’ve been to this location many times, but this most recent night was by far the best. Our server Manuel was our favorite server that we’ve ever had, and all the food servers were fantastic. We especially appreciated the specially prepared more well-done meats that were brought to cater to my wife’s tastes. Highly recommended! (I also love the Brazilian Cheesecake.)
First time here, and what an amazing experience! Priscila was a 10,000/10!!! Amazing service, super attentive, and made sure we enjoyed every moment from start to finish. Everything was delicious, from the salad bar and cheese bread to the incredible cuts of meat! And the chocolate mousse was the perfect ending. We’ll definitely be back! A big thank you to Priscila and the entire Gauchos team for such a great experience and for serving us amazing cuts of meat. And a special thank you to the manager, Estrella, what an amazing name! Yesterday, we celebrated my brother’s birthday, and we had an excellent experience at the restaurant! Our server was Pricilla, and she was amazing! So attentive and provided such great service. At one point, we had a small concern because the meat wasn’t coming out as often as we expected, but she took care of it right away. It was just a minor issue, and after that, we couldn’t stop eating! The filet mignon definitely takes the crown out of all the cuts of meat! The salad bar was also very complete, with a great variety of fresh options. We’ll definitely be back for another celebration! Thank you, Pricilla, for the outstanding service! You were wonderful!

Wonderful dinner spot!! Came here on an empty stomach and they had to roll me out! Our server Janine was excellent, and the managers Jourdan and Megan really sealed the deal on A+ service!
