We had a wonderful time celebrating my fiancés birthday at Texas de Brazil over the weekend. I worked with Alicia to reserve their party room, she was very helpful in assisting me with a quick reservation and answered all questions in a quick manner. The staff and service were amazing, and they did a fantastic job working with our group of 20! Thank you all again 😊

What Guests Say About Texas de Brazil San Antonio
Never been here. Beautiful inside. The wife loved the salad bar. The meats were so good. As soon as I finished one meat they had a different meat coming around. This place is a meat lovers paradise.

This place is amazing. The waiter was very informative of the meats, desserts, and was very engaging. He was one of the best waiters I have had in a long time. His name was Vincent. On the food part of things, the meats that came out were delicious and visually appealing. The cake I got was great and came out fast. This is definitely in my top 3 Brazilian steakhouse places go to
This is a meat lovers dream. Make sure you come hungry because you will go home full. First start the huge salad bar and vegetables. Don’t miss the shrimp and salmon. The bar drinks are good. Waiters and waitresses are exceptional. They scurry around fulfilling your needs. After the salad comes the meat. Lamb, shrimp, filet mignon, chicken, pork, sausage, and a few more. Then finish it all with some pie. Whew that was a lot.
Texas de Brazil San Antonio offers an exceptional experience that truly cannot be surpassed. The quality and flavor of the food is amazing. Every bite is bursting with flavor. They will keep bringing you food until you can't eat any more. Furthermore, the service provided by our waiter Vincent was genuinely first class. To conclude your meal, the desserts are absolutely great. This is by far our new favorite restaurant. Highly recommended.
I’ve always loved Texas de Brazil and it’s still on my top list of Brazilian steakhouses — but this recent visit felt a little different. First, let me say, it’s still a good dining experience. The filet mignon was excellent — tender and flavorful — and I appreciate that they offer fries in addition to the traditional mashed potatoes. The fried plantains were also good, slightly firmer than I remember, but still enjoyable. That said, I couldn’t help but notice a decline in a few areas compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. The sirloin was tougher and less flavorful than I remember. It wasn’t bad, just not as memorable as it used to be. The lobster bisque also seemed more watered down — I distinctly remember it being thicker and richer before. The salad bar selection felt more limited as well, and on a Saturday night, I expected a wider variety of meats circulating. It didn’t feel as abundant as previous visits. Service was a bit slower than expected, especially considering how busy weekends usually are. When you’re dining at a Brazilian steakhouse, timing and consistency really matter to the overall experience. I may have walked in with high expectations because Texas de Brazil has consistently been my number one choice in the past. Compared to other Brazilian steakhouses, it used to stand out above the rest for me. Now, I’d say it’s still in my top three — just not quite holding the top spot anymore. I’ll definitely return and give it another try, just maybe not anytime soon.
