Culinary Highlights The Salad Area: Exceptionally well-managed and fresh. The cold station execution was on point—from the properly cured smoked salmon with classic accoutrements to the vibrant tabbouleh, fresh mozzarella pearls, shaved aged Grana, and well-balanced marinated vegetables and dressings. The Churrasco Experience: The gaucho service was seamless. The meats showed great temperature control and proper seasoning, delivering a beautiful sear, rendered fat, and juicy, tender interior on every pass. Table Sides & Bar: The garlic mashed potatoes were velvety, the fried bananas added the right sweet contrast to the rich proteins, and the caipirinhas were balanced with great citrus acidity. Dessert Service: A well-executed finish. The carrot cake had great spice structure and moisture, while the cheesecake was rich with clean plating. Front-of-House Service Our server, Rebecca, provided outstanding hospitality. Her pacing was flawless—she anticipated table turns, kept glassware full, and managed the table with the kind of effortless attentiveness that makes a busy dinner service feel relaxed and elevated.

This was our first time experiencing this atmosphere. The food was delicious, service was amazing, and it was definitely an experience. I prefer well done meat and they usually serve more on the medium side …our waitress and servers were top notch; they fixed well done and brought straight to me. Dessert was great too; I have the cheesecake and hubby had key lime pie. We will definitely be back again.

Great food, and great service! My partner and I enjoyed a huge array of different foods, all of which were delicious. The quantity and quality of the food was amazing. Leidy was our server and she was kind and helpful. We had a small issue with our bill and management quickly and effectively resolved it, which I appreciated. I’m impressed, and I’ll be back!
