We had the best time celebrating my husbands birthday here at Texas de Brazil! Sage was our server and she was just wonderful, so friendly and explained everything so we’d know what to do as first time guests. All of the employees walking around with the meats were lovely as well, very friendly and the food was just delicious. We will be back, and will ask for Sage, she was a standout server!!! 🩷 thank you for making my husbands birthday so special! 🩷

This has always been our family favorite for special occasions, food is always amazing but service is seriously lacking lately. Went to Bridge St location 3x in December 2020 and each time worse then the last. Last visit Dec 25, party of 5 and totally disappointed. Waited up to 30 minutes for meat and most times not enough for all at our table. Continually went right past us and did not stop, even asked waiter a couple times to ask them to please stop at our table. Sorry but when dropping over $300 on a dinner you should really get better service. **EDIT** We went back 9/26, I did want to update this review since the food and service was amazing this time. Our server was excellent and the gaucho's were coming around often. It likely could have just been a series of poor managers so I wanted to revise my review! Whatever changed, good job for fixing it, your wait staff was exceptional.
The food was amazing, my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Saige was our waitress and was awesome, never had to wait for anything and she was funny. And made our whole experience that much better, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you

I don't understand how every piece of food we had last night was 100/10. Not going to lie, hubby and I literally said "WOW" with every bite of ANYTHING. it was amazing. Highly recommend. The salad bar.... to die for. The meat... to for for. The freakin chocolate mousse cake!!!! HEAVEN. Will come again
Great place to eat. Better bring a big appetite because besides the fact that everything is extremely delicious the food also never stops coming. I would recommend this restaurant for anybody and everyone.
Texas De Brazil was by far one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at in Huntsville! Vivian was a wonder server and I would be happily eat here again!

We arrived at 6:05 for our 6:30 reservation and were seated immediately, which was a great start to the evening. Service throughout the meal was fantastic — attentive without being overbearing, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything moving smoothly. The majority of the meats were excellent. A couple of items were a little overcooked for our taste, specifically the bacon-wrapped chicken and our first serving of filet. However, when we asked if they had a rarer filet available, they quickly returned with exactly what we were looking for, and it was much better. That responsiveness really stood out. Several managers also stopped by the table during the evening to check on us, and every one of them was very friendly and welcoming. It’s always nice to see management actively engaged with guests instead of staying in the background. It was a Wednesday night and the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, which made for a relaxed dining experience. The salad area and charcuterie bar stayed well stocked the entire time with plenty of fresh options. Overall, a very enjoyable visit with great service, solid food quality, and a comfortable atmosphere. We’d definitely return.
