We truly enjoyed our experience at Texas de Brazil in Colorado Springs. Our server was Ruben, gave us great insight and was fun to talk to. We also noticed Adrian who was serving us the delicious Top Sirloin, great attitude and both gentlemen seemed to enjoy working there! One note to fix: Apple Maps did not have correct directions.

Came in to grab dinner here tonight. Food was exceptional. Service was even better. Staff did a wonderful job of making sure I was taken care of. Also Rodney was the manager on staff and was working hard with his team to make sure each table of taken care of. Overall highly recommend dining at this location.
We have been to this establishment probably 30 times in the past several years, and it never disappoints. The staff and food are always wonderful. Highly recommend!
The food is Fantastic. Much better with more flavor than other more expensive places. The meat is salt brined before each grilling. All of the staff and management are amazing. Great for family and get together! Dont forget to leave room for the dessert!

We love going to Texas de Brazil, and Maria at the bar makes every visit even better. She’s always happy to help us try something new, and her uplifting personality and infectious smile make us feel right at home. She’s an amazing soul. Definitely recommend stopping by and seeing her!
Compared to other restaurants in this sort of setting, the meat was flavorful, tender, and juicy. Knowing that each chef serves their own cooked meat for you to enjoy feels truly special. Their dressed code also added to enhance the experience. Love it! ❤️ The cocktails were also tasty and nicely rich in flavor. While it can get a bit hectic with food traffic to the salad bar, the whole dining experience was very nice. We highly recommend and will definitely be back for another dining outing.
