I had to cancel out Magan Smith’s 1-Star review - if you don’t like medium-rare or medium steak, then DON’T GO TO A BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE that puts flavor first. Even medium, is pushing it. I think maybe Applebee’s or Village Inn might be more your jam.

Visited the brand-new Texas de Brazil in Colorado Springs during its opening week, and I came away thoroughly impressed. Opening a new restaurant is never easy, but the entire team did an outstanding job from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Even with the excitement and busyness that comes with a grand opening, they stayed friendly, professional, and kept the service moving smoothly. The food was excellent. The salad area was fresh, well-stocked, and had a huge variety of options, and the continuous table-side service of meats was exactly what you'd hope for. Everything we tried was cooked well, flavorful, and served hot. It was clear the staff took pride in both the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. For a restaurant in its opening week, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. If this is the standard they're setting from day one, I have no doubt this location is going to become a favorite in Colorado Springs. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great steakhouse experience.
Wonderful food and service. Sometimes churrascaria can be dry, but this meat was not at all, very juicy and flavorful.
The best of the best. The salad bar alone is absolutely amazing before you even start on the entrees!
We had a wonderful birthday celebration for my fiance. He was the happiest here, even happier than when we got engaged 😉. Our server was the absolute sweetest. She was attentive and made our visit pleasant. The gauchos were all very kind and service was top tier. I like that when we asked for some meats to be brought by, they were there within minutes. I also like that the salad bar was not overwhelming, because let's be honest, we came for the meats!!! The lobster bisque was smooth and creamy. I look forward to another visit soon!!!

Our visit here was AMAZING!!! The food was delicious and the service was absolutely 1000000/10. Adrian, Jerome (I believe this is his name) and the GM Johnny, were all amazing and provided the best service. Very kind, attentive, knew the product very well and made the visit even better. Would recommend this spot and will be coming back.
