My partner and I are in a TDB at least once a month, we happen to be in the area of the Carasbad restaurant and decided to stop and have dinner… Wow what a difference… Rodger the manager is NOT one of those hold the wall up guys he is a hustler! And the guys running the meat 10 stars, meats came out perfect!
Dinner service was AWESOME All meats served at our table side were phenomenal The salad bar was very well stocked with just about everything. Our waiter Lucas was exceptional! He recommended the signature cocktail - Caipirinha HIGHLY RECOMMEND. To try the passion fruit and mango - you will not be dissatisfied

Flipped my card to green and immediately entered a high-stakes, endless parade of meat. The guy carving the picanha had samurai precision, and the salad bar is a trap—save all stomach real estate for the steak. 10/10 meat coma.
Delicious food, we come here at least 3 times a month. Every server has been great but today, Leo was exceptionally attentive to us. Our favorite is the filet mignon steak. Recommend to others that want good quality food and great service
Had a great experience, Leo our waiter always made sure our glasses were full of whatever we were drinking and made sure we always had whatever we needed, even made sure we got our favorite kind of meat. The people are always so nice and always came by quickly with the selection of meats. Amazing time, high recommend!!
