. Chloe is a fantastic server. Fast, friendly, helpful. Funny. Just a great! The gauchos were very nice and attentive . There were a couple of the meats that were super overcooked and that might be because one of the people at my table wanted things cooked that way.. I prefer medium rare which is how things are supposed to come. But again I think it's because they were taking into account that my boyfriend, one of things cooked to death. The drinks and the majority of the meats were cooked to perfection so I'm going to go ahead and give this a five-star the dessert's really yummy too. We had a really good time.. I definitely recommend the chimichurri and the lamb The fillet and the beef rib and the bacon-wrapped chicken as well as the Brazilian sausages were all divine. I think we all ate way too much but it was so worth it. Also there salad bar had some yummy cheeses and antipastos and sauces to begin with or enhance your meal
SHOUTOUT Rowen, Best Server in Birmingham, descriptions of the experience and the Menu were top tier, had a lovely anniversary with my Girlfriend and we will be back. Just make sure that when you go you ask for Rowen!
Our visits are always amazing but this time our waitress was amazing, the food would melt in our mouths. It was amazing and we love going!
