We have been going to the Addison location for years and it's always been great. Our son took us today for my husband's birthday and I was shocked at how poor the service was. We had to literally ask to have the servers come to our table for meat because we kept getting passed by, the dirty plates weren't replaced, water cups not refilled and after a while the meat servers stopped coming all together even though the discs on our table were still flipped over to green . We even spoke to a manager asking for more meat and she said they were making some more in the kitchen. Is this a way to save money by Texas De Brazil because meat prices are so high? What happened to our once favorite restaurant?

Food is always great, really enjoy the varieties of meat along with a wonderful salad bar, it is always a great experience going here !

First time going and was a amazing experience. Server was on point with the service. The different kinds of meat were cooked perfectly. 10/10 would go back

Everything is great , parking is a problem on busy days

Buffet can have better selection but all meats where delicious. Restaurant felt tight like we seating on each other. To many tables/chairs for the small area specially around the Buffet.

Not bad, wish there was more then like 5 meat types, but server was nice, let to ask for more cooked meat etc. Great for meat lover that eat a lot. The cheese bread and mashed potatoes is also very good.

The food was great, loved the sausage and chicken and the fried bananas were the best!! Like how it’s darker in there, sets a great mood. Our server could’ve been more attentive, didn’t come around to check on our refills for warm sides often, and when we WOULD ask for extra sides we wouldn’t get all of them.

We had a work function here and it was an excellent place to have it. The meats, sides, and salad bar were all excellent. The wait staff and the guys with the swords were really attentive and good. Atmosphere was nice with a good bar. Really the only drawback that cost a star was that it was incredibly hard for my colleague to book the place. They needed deposits and and sending links and other stuff that really didn't work and made it difficult. Other than that, was a great place.
