Tonight we had our first experience at Texas de Brazil and loved it! I’m not sure which was better- the food or the service! I’m a vegetarian and my family eats meat. There was no shortage of delicious dishes for everyone’s personal taste. Rachel was absolutely phenomenal!!! She is very personable and despite being absolutely swamped, she was still so attentive! Highly, highly recommended!

***This 5 star review is in agreement as part of a shake down from the GM*** READ CAREFULLY While our food was amazing and the waitress was nice, it all went downhill when the check came. We were charged twice for the specialty cocktail. A delicious drink that I had only asked for 1 and only received 1. I was even willing to look over that it was lime when I asked for mango. We brought it up to our waitress attention and she went to speak to the GM to remove it. She came back to us and said the GM told her he personally served me the drink. That in fact did not happen. I purposely kept myself at 1 drink because I rather not drive home tipsy with my 2 month old baby in the car. The waitress went back to speak to the GM to which his reply was... "since I am giving you a free drink (which never came to my table) I am asking that you give us a 5 star review." I understand it is father's day and the restaurant was very busy (I could hear our waitress ask the hostess to stop over seating her) but to give such a great experience only to end like that is inexcusable.

Always like a religious experience
We had a beautiful evening with family from the Toledo area and Charleston WV. First of all, our server, Rachel, made our evening. She was atentative, thorough, and very accommodating. She was kind and helpful. This restaurant really needs to understand she is a gem! The food at the cold and hot stations was my favorite part of our meal! The variety of choices, flavor profiles, and fresh ingredients was terrific! There was a huge selection of meats that were brought around, and plenty of it! The portions were generous but I would have liked smaller amounts so there wouldn't be so much waste. I often asked for a "tiny" piece but they did not seem to understand or comprehend that I really only wanted to taste! I'm sure those with a healthy appetite would have been thrilled. Those biscuits with the cheese that they bring to the table, sort of blow your mind! I wish there were more clear paths to get to the stations. The pathway to the restroom is awful. You have to walk next to the bar to get to the hallway where the bathrooms are. If someone is seated at the bar, it is extremely difficult to maneuver around them because it is also near the food stations. Finally, bad marks for the restroom! It was not well kept, there was toilet paper on the floor, one stall did not have toilet paper, the sink was a mess, etc. The bathrooms at the Sheetz gas stations are nicer! All in all, this was a terrific experience. Thank you
