Texas de Brazil's Grape Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese

The Grape Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese features several different varieties of grapes mixed with creamy Gorgonzola cheese. This quick, easy and delicious dish was Created by Texas de Brazil's Culinary Director Evandro Caregnato. Caregnato says, “This salad has light ingredients like the fruits and more robust ones like the crumbled gorgonzola so it is a balanced salad, perfect for any season not only spring. It pairs wonderfully with roasted pork loin or leg of lamb.”

Ingredients: Servings: 1 1/2 Cups Red Seedless Grapes 1 1/2 Cups Green Seedless Grapes 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 3/4 Cup Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese

Directions: Making Salad: - Combine all ingredients in a large bowl - Mix well - Refrigerate before serving
